1. Services Offered

Home Service Zone provides doorstep home appliance repair services across Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Delhi NCR.

Our services include repair and maintenance of:

  • Washing Machines

  • Refrigerators

  • Air Conditioners (AC)

  • Microwave Ovens

All services are performed by trained technicians using professional tools and reliable spare parts wherever required.


2. Booking & Scheduling

Service bookings can be made through:

  • Our website

  • Phone call

  • WhatsApp

  • Direct communication with our support team

Customers must provide accurate contact details and a complete service address to ensure timely service.

Same-day service may be available depending on technician availability, location, and operational conditions.


3. Service Charges & Payments

After inspection, our technician will inform you of the estimated repair cost before starting any work.

Charges may include:

  • Inspection or visit charges

  • Labor charges

  • Cost of spare parts (if required)

Payments must be made after service completion through Cash, UPI, or other accepted digital payment methods.

If a customer chooses not to proceed with the repair after inspection, a standard visit or inspection charge may apply.


4. Warranty Policy

We provide a limited service warranty (up to 30 days) on the specific repair work performed.

The warranty applies only to the same issue repaired during the service visit.

The warranty does not cover:

  • New or unrelated faults

  • Physical or accidental damage after the service

  • Repairs done by third-party technicians

  • Manufacturer defects

  • Spare parts that carry their own manufacturer warranty


5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.

Late cancellations, denial of entry, or customer unavailability may result in a visit charge.


6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a safe and accessible workspace for the technician

  • Securing pets, valuables, and personal belongings during the service visit

  • Arranging entry permission in advance for apartments, societies, or restricted premises


7. Limitation of Liability

Home Service Zone shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing or hidden appliance defects

  • Issues caused by improper usage or lack of maintenance

  • Delays due to traffic, weather conditions, or spare part availability

  • Indirect losses such as food spoilage or inconvenience

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service.


8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on expertservicecenter.in, including text, graphics, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Home Service Zone.

Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.


9. Changes to Terms

Home Service Zone reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
